We’re the Rowe family—Lindsey, Noah, Wesley, and Aidana—and we call our 58’ antique sailing yacht Explorer II home. Together, we sail up and down the East Coast and through the Caribbean, sharing unforgettable moments with couples, families, and fellow adventurers along the way.
Noah is the calm and capable captain at the helm, with a deep love for the sea and a lifetime of sailing experience. Lindsey brings the creative spark—planning styled elopements, curating intimate charters, and ensuring every sail is beautifully captured and thoughtfully crafted. Wesley and Aidana, our salty little first mates, bring laughter, curiosity, and a dash of wild-hearted wonder to every voyage.

His background in offshore cruising, combined with a calm and capable demeanor, ensures that every guest feels safe, relaxed, and inspired aboard Explorer II. Whether navigating quiet island anchorages or coastal New England waters, Noah’s passion for traditional sailing and hospitality shines through in every voyage.

First Mate
As the creative heart behind Sunset Sailing Co., First Mate Lindsey Rowe curates each experience with warmth, intention, and an eye for beauty. A lifelong lover of the ocean and storytelling, she blends hospitality with thoughtful planning—coordinating intimate charters, styled elopements, and memorable moments at sea. Whether she’s capturing behind-the-scenes content, setting the mood with custom details, or making guests feel at home on board, Lindsey ensures every sail is as meaningful as it is memorable.
Wesley & Aidana
Crew
Wesley and Aidana are the youngest members of our crew, born into the rhythm of life at sea. They bring joy, wonder, and a touch of wild adventure to our days aboard Explorer II. While they aren’t always on board for every charter, when they are, guests often catch glimpses of their curiosity, sea legs, and contagious laughter—reminding us all of the magic in the little moments.
